This database contains the national portrait gallery of the prominent and illustrious individuals from 19th century Britain. Accompanying the portrait for each individual is a short memoir or biographical sketch. Some of the individuals included in this work are His Majesty George the Third, Princess Charlotte, and Arthur Wellesley, Duke of Wellington. A complete list of the individuals included in this work is available near the beginning of each volume.
